Career Lab is a career services business operating in the United Kingdom. We provide CV revamps, interview preparation, clarity calls, and mentorship services. You can contact us at info@careerlab.uk.
Career Lab offers the following services:
All services are delivered remotely via video call unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For CV Revamp services, if you are not satisfied with the first draft you are entitled to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Refunds will not be issued once work has commenced unless Career Lab is unable to deliver the agreed service.
For session-based services (Clarity Call, Interview Prep), refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.
For Mentorship, you may cancel your monthly subscription with 14 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Career Lab will make every reasonable effort to provide the services as described. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interview invitations, or salary increases. Our role is to provide professional guidance and support. The outcome depends on many factors outside our control including the job market and the client's own efforts.

All materials, templates, frameworks, and resources created by Career Lab remain the intellectual property of Career Lab. Materials provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without our written consent.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not share your personal or professional information with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Lab's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
